The Canadian Association of Principals Student Leadership Award - Due March 1
Annual CAP Student Leadership Award, awarded to worthy recipients from across the country. This award is to afford principals the opportunity to recognize one of their student leaders and to enter them as nominees for a national scholarship.
Soroptimist Club Grants for Women and Girls - Due March 1
RE/MAX Quest for Excellence Bursary Program
Apply to RE/MAX of Western Canada's Quest for Excellence bursary program to win one of 16 $1,000 bursaries. It is open to all Grade 12's to recognize the success and ongoing pursuits of Western Canadian students with regards to leadership and community contribution initiatives. Enter online from now until March 11, 2019
The BC School Trustees Association
invites applications for its Scholarships for Student Citizenship. Due March 25
Sooke Teachers' Association Scholarships
Six scholarships of $1000 each are available to students of the Sooke School District who are planning to attend full-time post-secondary school. In addition to an application form, students must also submit a resume and their transcripts. Applications must be mailed to (or dropped off) to the STA offices by March 15th; however, completed forms can also be submitted to Mr. Phipps' office by March 9th for delivery via the district mail.
Application forms are available in the cabinet outside Mr. Phipps’ office and on the STA website.
