Assignment #16: A GAP Year?
Before beginning a post-secondary program, you may want to explore the world, to travel, either independently or with an organized group, to gain work or volunteer experience, or just to discover your passion.
A yearlong break from study taken by high school graduates prior to beginning post-secondary studies or by post-secondary graduates prior to embarking on a chosen career, is known as a Gap Year.
